1 c Almond Butter
½ c Coconut Flour
1/4 c Almonds, Finely Chopped
Optional: Stevia to Taste (Few Drops)
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond butter, stevia, and coconut flour. When the mixture thickens, put in freezer for 20 minutes.
3. Remove the bowl from freezer. Using a spoon, scoop a dollop of mixture and roll between your palms to form a ball, and place on baking sheet.
4. Transfer to the freezer for another 30-45 minutes.
Keeps in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
Roll in cinnamon (pictured), or drizzle melted Lily's dark chocolate and sprinkle chopped nuts on top (also pictured); add matcha powder, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, vanilla beans, or chocolate flakes.
