2 c Coconut Flakes
¼ c Coconut Oil
½ c Sliced Almonds, Chopped
¼ c Walnuts, Chopped
¼ c Hazelnuts, Chopped
¼ c Chia Seeds
3 Egg Whites
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Liquid Stevia to Taste (Few Drops)
Pinch of Salt
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Spoon out about 1-2 tablespoons of mixture onto a baking sheet, clumping each together into round clusters.
5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
